This policy explains what information Suri.Studio Art collects when you visit or shop on this website, and what we do with it.
We never sell or give away your information
Your personal information is not sold, rented, traded or given away to anyone. We only share what is needed with the services that run the shop for us, and only to do that job (see “Services we use” below).
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, shipping address and, if you add one, a phone number for delivery updates.
- Accounts: if you register, your name, email address and a password, which is stored encrypted (we cannot read it).
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, with your name and email address so we can reply.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To run your account and show your order history.
- To answer your messages.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Ask us and we will take you off the list.
Services we use
- Stripe processes payments.
- Shippo and the shipping carrier receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and database providers store the site and its data.
- Google Analytics counts visits and pages viewed, so we can see how the site is used.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your cart and your cookie choice. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email contact@suristudio.com and we will take care of it.
